Academic Career Talk - Your ERC Journey - 14.00 - 15.00 - onside event

We at the Career Center are excited to invite you to our next in-person Academic Career Talk on The ERC Journey. If you are you considering applying for an ERC (European Research Council) grant in the future and are curious about the skills and resources needed for a successful application, then do join us! We'll be hosting an insightful conversation with our in-house experts, Dr. Dedong Wang (Working Group Leader and Deputy Head of Section 2.7) and Dr. Ina Neugebauer (Projects and International Affairs – PI), to learn more about the ERC grant application process.

Dr. Dedong Wang, a recent recipient of an ERC Consolidator Grant (2024), will share his journey from preparing the application to how receiving the grant is impacting his research career. Dr. Ina Neugebauer will offer valuable tips for aspiring ERC applicants, helping you understand what to keep in mind as you work toward your goal.
